Gets Cooled Off

When a local critical call center lost an air conditioning system in the middle of a hot Texas Summer, RES responded immediately with spot coolers and our installation crew. In a few hours from the initial call, we had the employees and the computer equipment they rely on cooled down and back to normal operating status. We removed a window, placed the spot coolers, ran the duct to vent the hot air outside and left the client cool and drying out. What could have been a bad day due to failing equipment for our client and the people who depend on them was only a minor blip in their day. We restored the cooling and humidity levels back to normal with portable mechanical cooling quickly, which allowed our client to keep taking care of their business of helping others. A bad problem was headed off with equipment in stock, an experienced staff, and a true desire to help others.
