KEEPING A RURAL ARKANSAS CONCRETE MIXING PLANT ON SCHEDULE
Delivering Boiler, Pump and Tank to a Remote Location

RES was contacted by an out of state concrete contractor searching for a boiler skid system that would allow them to mix concrete at the right temperature in the cold winter months.
After receiving the temperature and flow specifications from the customer, we selected a boiler skid package from our yard and arranged for shipping of a boiler, pump, and a tank to the beautiful state of Arkansas. After determining the location was a remote location, RES offered a small generator to provide power to the boiler and the pump.
Trailing the delivery truck was our boiler start-up technician David Berger and an installation crew member, Robbie Young. On arrival in an wet, open field in rural Arkansas, David and Robbie began the piping installation connecting the gas line and the water pump lines.
They had the boiler running before the end of the day, and the concrete plant was making temperature-controlled concrete two days later. This boiler will remain on site for the duration of the winter.
