On June 2nd 2018, after having multiple compressor failures, a busy manufacturing plant was left with a completely inoperable chiller. RES was able to get the plant back up and running within 24 hours with a temporary chiller.
RES was contracted to provide the new chiller with a turnkey installation.
Please follow along with the story to see what installation looks like.
It was decided to move the chiller across the driveway to remove it from the recirculated hot air coming off of the air compressors.
Concrete had to be cut and removed in order for a trench to be cut for the new piping, wiring, and communication lines.
August 17, 2018 – In the process of digging the trench for the piping.
August 18, 2018 – Progress at the plant
August 23, 2018 – Trench loaded with electrical and chilled water piping
August 27, 2018 – Repairing the trench so that the driveway can be opened back up.
A neat panoramic of the whole project.
